Showhomes
I have been creating beautiful, award winning showhomes for several builders the past 14 years and enjoy building a strong working relationship with each of them. I select everything from exterior colours, right down to the last accessories, with interior finishing, cabinetry, furniture, art and window coverings in between. I relish in the challenge of making each project unique, while catering to the budget and demographics. The small details, original ideas and features I design set my homes apart, giving builders a finished product they are proud to represent.
Spec Homes
Spec homes have become an increasingly popular way for custom builders to revamp inner city land design and development. Each spec home is unique and I cater the interior selections to the design style of the home and budget. My role is to work with builders to provide knowledge, expertise and interior design services. I select exterior and interior finishes, based on the project requirements. I follow current trends and create a stunning home for the builder to promote that showcases their product in a competitive marketplace.
Staging
You never get a second chance to make a first impression and this statement applies to your home as well. The first few weeks that your home is on the market are critical and I want your home to show off all its attributes. I work alongside realtors and make suggestions to ensure your home is in “showhome” condition. Proper placement of furniture and accessories is sometimes all it takes in order to best display the rooms in your home. I will style your home before professional photos are taken, capturing and highlighting the key elements in your home.
